Our Hodge Hill has been working in partnership with Birmingham City Council in meeting the challenge set down by the Government of the Our Homes Options Appraisal.

The Government wants all Council housing to meet a minimum standard called the ‘Decent Homes Standard’ by 2010 and has challenged Birmingham City Council, along with all the other Local Authorities in the country, to show how they will make sure every home reaches this standard. Options Appraisal is now complete - results will be made available to the District soon in the form of a newsletter.
